The Kemah Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit corporation governed by Section 4B of the Texas Development Corporation Act of 1979.
The purpose of the corporation is to encourage the retention of business enterprises within the City of Kemah and the promotion and development of new and expanded business enterprises in the City, thereby promoting and encouraging the economic growth of the City and the full employment, welfare, and prosperity of its citizens, as provided by the Development Corporation Act of 1979, as amended.
