The City of Kemah is requesting proposals for the purchase of Personal Ballistic Body Armor for the Kemah Police Department.

Sealed Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Ballistic Body Armor, Kemah Project No. 2026-01, will be accepted until 2:00 PM on February 10, 2026. Proposals must be submitted to the City Secretary, Natasha Hinton, either by email to or delivered in person to Kemah City Hall, 1401 Highway 146, Kemah, Texas 77565.

All proposals must be received and date- and time-stamped prior to the stated deadline. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM on February 10, 2026, at Kemah City Hall.

Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the City Secretary at or by visiting the City’s bidding website at www.kemahtx.gov/bids. There is no charge to view or download the documents.
