COVID-19 Court Operations

Based on the Office of Court Administration’s Guidance for All Court Proceedings During the COVID-19 Pandemic, our Court will be conducting all court hearings remotely.

All cases scheduled for In-Person hearings have been reset for Virtual Hearings.

*Please note that you will need to contact the Court to provide your email address for your scheduled Virtual Court Hearing if you have not already done so.*

Options for handling your citation prior to your due date or scheduled court date can be found here on the Court’s website. There are many matters that the court staff can assist you with without the necessity of a court appearance.

The Municipal Court lobby is currently open to the public during our regular hours of operation for the following:

  • General Inquiries
  • Payment processing/Make a payment
  • Virtual Court Hearing Request
  • Driving Safety Course or Deferred Disposition Request
  • Indigence Request
  • Open Record Request

Please note that all individuals entering the court building will be required to wear a face covering/mask at all times and maintain adequate social distancing of at least 6 feet to help ensure the health and safety of all individuals who enter our facility.

YOU HAVE A CONTINUING OBLIGATION TO NOTIFY THE COURT WITH ANY CHANGES TO YOUR MAILING ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS,   AND PHONE NUMBER.  THIS WILL ALLOW FOR NOTIFICATIONS REGARDING YOUR CASE(S).
